1. Service scope

WatchNest provides private watch session tools, including sync, room management, chat, reactions, and optional camera features. WatchNest does not provide Netflix content, user streaming subscriptions, or any guarantee that third-party streaming services will remain compatible.

2. User responsibility

Users are responsible for their own streaming accounts, devices, internet connection, and lawful use of the service. You must have the necessary rights and subscriptions required to access the content you watch.

3. Payments, subscriptions & CGV

Paid plans are offered as monthly or annual subscriptions and renew automatically until canceled. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. You are responsible for keeping your billing details accurate.

Pricing: Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes. As a French micro-enterprise exempt from VAT (art. 293 B of the French Tax Code), no VAT is charged on sales.

Right of withdrawal: Under French consumer law (art. L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw without giving any reason. However, if you explicitly request that the service begins before this period ends, you acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected].

Refunds: Valid refund requests within the legal withdrawal period will be processed within 10 business days. Payments outside the withdrawal period are non-refundable unless a material service failure attributable to WatchNest is demonstrated.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Access to premium features remains active until the end of the current paid period.

Governing law: These terms are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.

4. Service availability

WatchNest may evolve, change features, enforce plan limits, or suspend abusive usage to maintain service quality and reliability. Availability may also depend on Netflix, Chrome, payment providers, and network conditions outside WatchNest's control.

5. Third-party services

WatchNest is independent and not affiliated with Netflix. Third-party services such as Netflix, Chrome, Stripe, Render, or Cloudflare may affect the product experience and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use WatchNest to abuse other users, interfere with third-party services, bypass access controls, or violate applicable law. WatchNest may limit or suspend access to protect the service and its users.
