Paid plans are offered as monthly or annual subscriptions and renew automatically until canceled.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. You are responsible
for keeping your billing details accurate.
Pricing: Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes.
As a French micro-enterprise exempt from VAT (art. 293 B of the French Tax Code), no VAT is charged on sales.
Right of withdrawal: Under French consumer law (art. L221-18 of the Consumer Code),
you have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw without giving any reason.
However, if you explicitly request that the service begins before this period ends, you acknowledge losing your right
of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. To exercise this right, contact us at

Refunds: Valid refund requests within the legal withdrawal period will be
processed within 10 business days. Payments outside the withdrawal period are non-refundable unless a material
service failure attributable to WatchNest is demonstrated.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account
or by contacting us. Access to premium features remains active until the end of the current paid period.
Governing law: These terms are governed by French law. In the absence of
an amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
